Condominiums need periodic maintenance to get the life out of their roofs. Broken tile repair, dryer vent check, gutter cleaning, roof debris removal, and general inspections can keep these roofs out of trouble for the most part.

Condos often have similar roof types as single family homes. The only difference is the condominiums are often many times larger. Keeping up with broken tiles is a yearly task. Getting the life out of the roof is often dependent on periodic maintenance.
